These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Cali Coast Detailing, a mobile auto detailing business in San Diego, California, owned and operated by George and Matt. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services and booking

We provide mobile auto detailing at the location you choose. Our website lists prices, which may vary by vehicle size and condition. Your online booking confirmation confirms your appointment. We may call or text to coordinate details, but you do not need a second confirmation by phone or text.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payments and regular scheduling

One-time appointments require no deposit. After the completed detail, pay on site with Square Tap to Pay, cash, Venmo or Zelle. Subscribe & Save is available by arrangement with George or Matt first. Before accepting a prepaid plan, review the selected vehicles and services, visit cadence, exact member total and recurring payment authorization. Any prepaid visit or plan remains subject to the terms accepted when it was arranged. Contact Cali Coast Detailing about changes to an existing booking or plan.

Liability

We take care with every vehicle. Please remove valuables before your service. Cali Coast Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left in the vehicle.

SMS Terms

  • Program: Cali Coast Detailing appointment and service text messages.
  • What you'll receive: appointment confirmations, reminders, "on the way" notifications, post-service follow-ups, and reminders to book your next detail.
  • How to opt in: check the SMS consent box when booking on calicoastdetailing.com. Consent is not required to book a service.
  • Message frequency: varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
